Within Pakistan: 7-14 working days (once the order has been confirmed)
International: 10-21 working days (once the order has been confirmed)
Please note that the order delivery/dispatch may experience delays during sales and new collection launches. Additionally, due to the COVID-19 lockdown, delivery timelines have been adversely affected due to logistic issues.
Address Modifications:
We regret to inform you that address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed, including both COD and online paid orders.
Couriers:
Pakistan: We use TCS Pakistan for domestic shipments.
International: We use DHL or FedEx for international shipments.
Please allow up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed from Mondays to Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any gazetted holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods or delays in the verification of information, orders may experience temporary delays. For orders placed through the online payment system, a fraud status check is conducted, and once cleared by our payment processor, the order will be processed further.
For cash on delivery orders, payments will be collected from the shipping address. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please remember to check your junk/spam folder as well.
Shipping and Customs Duties:
Shipping charges for international orders are based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable as determined by the respective country’s officials, will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellations:
Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system undergo a fraud status check. If the fraud status returns as “failed,” the order is automatically cancelled. For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum of 4 confirmation calls. If the calls are left unattended, your order will be cancelled.
Orders can be cancelled upon the customer’s request at any time before they are processed. Zarnisha reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to out of stock items, pricing errors, or technical errors.
