Returns & Exchanges

We are delighted to offer exchanges for any unworn item that is returned in its original packaging, in a saleable condition, and accompanied by the receipt within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label securely attached. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, variations in product colors may occur due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings, and therefore, exchanges for color-related reasons are not applicable.

Please be aware that any additional fabric or patches included with the product are mentioned in the product description on our website. Unless specifically mentioned, any excess fabric or embellishments used during photo shoots will not be provided with the product.

Exchanges for a different size are free of charge, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange for another item, any price difference will need to be paid by the customer.

For cases where the wrong product is dispatched or defects are present, we offer free pickup services for the items. However, we do not provide compensation for courier services if the customer sends the item back without our representative’s request.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the replacement process, including pickup and delivery, depending on item availability.

We strongly advise our valued customers to strictly follow the washing instructions provided. For unstitched fabric, we recommend soaking and drying it before sewing to ensure any shrinking is done prior to stitching.

We regret to inform you that we will not entertain any refund claims if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. In such cases, store credit will be issued once the parcel is returned to our stock.

In the event of a paid order being modified, a partial refund will be credited back to your account once the remaining order is shipped. If the entire paid order is canceled, a refund will be processed within approximately two weeks.

Refunds for returned or exchanged items will be processed based on the current exchange rate. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges, with the exception of defective or damaged items.

We strongly recommend placing orders only through our official website, www.zarnisha.com, or our official Zarnisha outlets to ensure genuine SS products at actual prices. Purchasing items from unauthorized resellers, individuals, Facebook, or Instagram pages is highly discouraged, and Zarnisha cannot be held responsible for items bought from such sources.

For international orders:

Please note that our return and exchange policy does not apply. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, a replacement will be sent after the necessary investigations. If the ordered product or size is no longer in stock, you will be offered a full amount of store credit or a full refund.

Please note that Zarnisha reserves the right to monitor return activity for abuse and may limit returns or exchanges both online and at our physical stores.

Refunds: 

We currently do not have a refund policy in place. However, in the case of unavailability of stock or defective products, refunds may be considered. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within approximately two weeks of processing. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation: 

You may cancel items or orders that have not entered the processing phase. Once your order has shipped and you receive a confirmation email with tracking information, our exchange policy will apply. Zarnisha reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, declined payment by your authorized payment institution, or pricing inaccuracies.
