Return Policy
At Zarnisha, we strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you encounter any quality concerns from our end, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are only accepted in cases where there is a quality issue from the company’s end.
- The customer must notify us of any quality concerns within 3 working days of receiving the product.
- Once a complaint is registered, product exchanges will be processed within 15 working days.
- In cases of size-related issues, all exchange charges (including shipping) will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Process:
- The customer is required to send the product back via courier and share a picture of the courier slip on WhatsApp at +92 327 0022331.
- Upon receiving the product, we will process the exchange as per the guidelines.
No Refunds or Cancellations:
- As a company policy, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellation requests for any orders.
